Accommodation at Arden House is of generous proportions, with some of the 32 rooms benefitting from their own private conservatories. Other downstairs rooms have patio doors which lead out onto the garden. Many rooms towards the south-side of the house have sea views or look onto and over the bowling green. Communal areas include a vast dining area and two lounges in which residents can relax. All communal areas of the house and garden are accessible either via the passenger lift or gentle ramps.
