Their dedication goes far beyond the basics, they are continually trained in additional specialties, including British Sign Language (BSL), dementia care, and palliative support, ensuring that we can offer truly tailored, dignified care. Whether offering a listening ear, a comforting hand, or expert medical support, our team is here to make every resident feel safe, valued, and genuinely at home.
